For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

By accessing phpark24, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the phpark24 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of phpark24, including registered Players, visitors, and any other persons who access the platform in any manner. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using phpark24 and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between you and phpark24 with respect to the subject matter herein, whether written or oral.

Access to and use of phpark24 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. phpark24 strictly prohibits access by minors. This age requirement is set in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law governing casino-style gaming activities.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time you access and use phpark24. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of phpark24 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under any legal disability, guardianship, or court order that restricts your ability to contract.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended phpark24 account. Each individual is permitted to register only one account on phpark24.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other voluntary or mandatory exclusion from gaming platforms, including any exclusion registered with PAGCOR.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of phpark24 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

phpark24 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and during the withdrawal process. Any Player found to have misrepresented their age will have their account immediately terminated, all winnings forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

To access the full range of phpark24 services, you must register a Player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

4.1 Account Information. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. phpark24 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpark24 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phpark24 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel.

4.3 Unauthorized Access. You must notify phpark24 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phpark24 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account prior to your notification, provided that phpark24 has not been negligent in its security obligations.

4.4 One Account Policy. Each Player is strictly limited to one registered account on phpark24. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. phpark24 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all denominated in Philippine Peso (₱):

• GCash e-wallet
• PayMaya / Maya e-wallet
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Philippine-issued debit cards

phpark24 does not accept deposits via credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method not listed above. This policy is in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phpark24 wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance. phpark24 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by phpark24 within the following timeframes, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements:

• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals: typically within 15 minutes to 2 hours of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals: typically within 1 to 3 business days.
• Debit card withdrawals: typically within 1 to 5 business days.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must be fully verified (KYC complete).
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before withdrawal of associated winnings.
• phpark24 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as published on the phpark24 platform and may be updated from time to time.

phpark24 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

6.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion. phpark24 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. phpark24 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded, are under investigation, or whose accounts are restricted are not eligible for bonuses.

6.3 Abuse of Bonuses. phpark24 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if phpark24 reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. phpark24 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account prior to the modification, except where required by law or regulatory directive.

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on phpark24 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. phpark24 shall not be liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand applicable game rules.

7.2 Random Number Generation. All phpark24 games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party.

7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, phpark24 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. phpark24 shall not be liable for any losses or missed winnings resulting from a technical malfunction beyond its reasonable control.

7.4 Disputed Results. If a Player disputes the outcome of a game, the Player must notify phpark24 customer support within 72 hours of the disputed event. phpark24 will investigate the dispute using its server-side game logs, which shall be considered the definitive record of game outcomes. The decision of phpark24 following investigation shall be final and binding.

7.5 Collusion and Cheating. Any form of collusion, cheating, use of automated software (bots), exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other conduct that gives a Player an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. phpark24 employs fraud detection systems to identify such conduct. Accounts found to be engaged in cheating will be permanently suspended and all funds forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phpark24. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one phpark24 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using phpark24 if you are under 21 years of age or are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using phpark24 for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with phpark24.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the phpark24 platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phpark24 staff, customer support agents, or other Players.
• Transferring funds between phpark24 accounts or facilitating third-party deposits or withdrawals.
• Using phpark24 in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or regulation.

All content on the phpark24 platform, including but not limited to the phpark24 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of phpark24 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use phpark24 solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phpark24 content without the prior written consent of phpark24.

Any unauthorized use of phpark24 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

phpark24 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173). By using phpark24, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phpark24 implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and phpark24 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

phpark24 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the phpark24 services (e.g., sharing data with payment processors for transaction processing).

phpark24 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and provides the following tools and resources to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their phpark24 account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions. phpark24 will display session duration notifications and enforce session limits as configured.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic reminders of time spent gaming and net gaming activity during a session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their phpark24 account for a period of their choosing, during which no deposits or gaming activity will be permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from phpark24 may request self-exclusion through the phpark24 customer support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

phpark24 strictly prohibits gaming by individuals under 21 years of age. phpark24 also prohibits gaming by individuals who are subject to a self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority.

12.1 Platform Availability. phpark24 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. phpark24 may suspend or restrict access to the platform for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons without prior notice.

12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpark24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of phpark24, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, even if phpark24 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.3 Cap on Liability. phpark24's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of phpark24 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Force Majeure. phpark24 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond phpark24's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, power outages, internet service disruptions, or cyberattacks.

12.5 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose money. phpark24 shall not be liable for any gaming losses incurred by you in the course of using the platform. You agree to use phpark24 at your own risk and within your personal financial means.

13.1 Termination by Player. You may close your phpark24 account at any time by contacting phpark24 customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

13.2 Termination by phpark24. phpark24 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Conduct that phpark24 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other Players, or phpark24's reputation.
• Regulatory direction or legal requirement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account by phpark24 for cause, phpark24 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms and Conditions, phpark24 may forfeit all or part of the account balance. phpark24 will notify you of the outcome of any investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The gaming activities conducted on phpark24 are subject to the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to phpark24 customer support for informal resolution. phpark24 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 30 calendar days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, for final resolution. You waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent phpark24 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

phpark24 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.

For material changes to these Terms and Conditions, phpark24 will provide notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the terms) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of phpark24 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using phpark24 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.1 above.
